Interactive Notebook Organization Pages
When setting up the interactive notebook, there are several organization pages that are to be put in the notebook. These pages include a table of contents, a score sheet, a scoring rubric, and a vocabulary index. If you are missing any of these pages in your notebook, then you may download and print them here. You can also check in the classroom or ask Dr. Nagle for any of these pages as well.
Table of Contents
The table of contents will help keep our notebook organized by listing what is on each page of our notebook. The table of contents goes on page 1 in your interactive science notebook.

Score Sheet
The score sheet is used to keep track of points earned on homework, in the interactive notebook, and on other assignments. If this page is kept up to date, then you should be able to calculate your grade at any time, (points earned/total points possible) x 100 = your grade. The score sheet goes on page 2 in your interactive science notebook.

Scoring Rubric
The scoring rubric will be used to grade selected homework assignments, notebook sections, and other activities. The scoring rubric is on the back of the score sheet distributed in class. The scoring rubric can also be printed on a separate paper, but should be kept on page 2 of the interactive science notebook with the score sheet.

Vocabulary Index
The vocabulary index will be used to organize where vocabulary words and definitions appear throughout the interactive science notebook. This feature will enable easy access to specific words and their meanings by listing the word and the page it appears on in the notebook. The vocabulary index goes on the last left page in your interactive science notebook.
